This is the workout for AgriLife Texas Forest Service that was performed on 7/16/25.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
12 of each exercise - repeat while reviewing exercises in the circuit.
- Quad Stretch Extensions
- Dynamic Lateral Lunge
- Scoop
Circuit
For each exercise: 20 sec work | 10 sec rest | 8 times
1. Kettlebell Around the World: kickstand stance
2. Prone Leg Lift: lay on stomach, bend knees, press soles of feet up
3. Feet Up Crunch: dumbbell
4. Sled Push / Pull
5. Mini Band I Press: Balance on one foot
6. Squat with Front Raise: Dumbbells
7. Reverse Crunch
8. Pistol Squat: can use Suspension Straps
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
