This is the workout for AgriLife Texas Forest Service that was performed on 8/27/25.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
12 of each exercise - repeat while reviewing exercises in the circuit.
- Quad Stretch Extensions
- Dynamic Lateral Lunge
- Scoop
Circuit
For each exercise: 20 sec work | 10 sec rest | 8 times
1. BOSU Push Up with Knee Extension
2. Side Lying Abductor
3. Bird Dog: with opposite arm / leg extend & knee to elbow
4. Mini Band I Press: Balance on One Foot
5. Sled Push / Pull
6. Single Arm Sit Up
7. Pistol Squat: can use Suspension Straps, single leg squat / stand
8. Forearm Plank with Single Arm Saw: use plate
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
