This is the workout for AgriLife Texas Forest Service that was performed on 10/15/25.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
12 of each exercise - repeat while reviewing exercises in the circuit.
- Quad Stretch Extensions
- Dynamic Lateral Lunge
- Scoop
Circuit
For each exercise: 20 sec work | 10 sec rest | 8 times
1. Squat with Front Kick
2. Forearm Plank with Single Arm Saw
3. Clam: Side Lying, Mini Band at Knees
4. Halo: Dumbbell, Kneel on BOSU or Stand with Balance
5. Sled Push or Pull: 50lb dumbbell in sled
6. Chop: Split Kneel
7. Glute Bridge: Walk Feet Out & Back
8. Inverted Row: Suspension Straps
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
