Circuit Class 12/16/25 & 12/22/25
These are the workouts led for AgriLife and Texas Forest Service.
Warm Up (5-10 min)
12 of each exercise - repeat while reviewing exercises in the circuit.
- Alternating Toe Touches
- Quad Stretch Extensions
- Dynamic Lateral Lunge
- Scoop
- Quad Stretch Extensions
- Dynamic Lateral Lunge
- Scoop
- A Passovers (band)
- Cheerleaders (band)
OR independent, on cardio equipment
Option 1
This is the more challenging option.
* Man Maker = Using Dumbbells, lower into a high plank, perform a renegade row (alternate each arm), perform a push up, step or hop feet in (like a burpee), stand & perform a shoulder press.
* Snow Angel Push Up = Hand Release Push Up bringing arms out & over head like a Snow Angel.
* Get Ups = from kneeling position
Option 2
This offers some modifications from Option 1.
* Instead of the Man Maker a Burpee.
* Instead of Get Ups there are Roll Ups; a Single Arm Sit Up.
* The Saw was performed as a Single Arm Saw.
* The Snow Angel Push Up was performed as Standing Snow Angels using light weight Dumbbells.
BOTH of these workouts are fun options for your holiday workout at home! Each Circuit is performed AMRAP Style. Set a timer for yourself (the classes had about 45 min) and try to get through the circuit!
Cool Down / Stretch (5-10 Min)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
