Circuit Class 2/13/26
This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 2/13/26.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Circuit
1 minute at each station with 30-45 sec rest to change stations
1. Lat Pull Down: Single Arm, Split Kneel
2. Deadlift: B-Stance, 2 Dumbbells, Go Heavy
3. Dumbbell Dead Bug
4. Landmine Single Arm Shoulder Press: Olympic Bar, can add plate
5. Glute Bridge: Mini Band at Knees
6. Opposite Toe Touch: Mat or BOSU
7. Pullover: Single Dumbbell, Go Heavy, can use Mat or Stability Ball (on a mat)
8. Sumo Squat: "Racked" (Goblet Hold)
9. Pilates Scissor
10. Chest Press: Single Arm, can do from Hollow Hold
11. Step Side Lunge: Single Dumbbell in hand Opposite the leg you're stepping onto
13. Quadruped Step Through
Since we did the Friday the 13th Extra Exercise the class stayed in the circuit for "free time". Can choose any exercise from the circuit or skip any exercise. Maintain 1 minute to 30/45 sec interval.
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
