Total Body Tabata


This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus)  that was performed on 3/10/26.


Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     12 of each exercise - repeat while reviewing exercises in the circuit.

- Alternating Toe Touches
- Quad Stretch Extensions
- Dynamic Lateral Lunge
- Scoop
- A Passovers (band)
- Cheerleaders (band)

Circuit 

For each exercise: 20 sec work | 10 sec rest | 8 times

1. Suspension Knee Tucks: from High Plank
2. Front / Side Raises: Alternating, Kneeling, can use BOSU
3. Opposite Toe Touch: from Floor or BOSU
4. Bench Dips
5. Stand & Press: from Bench, single Dumbbell
6. Glute Kick Back: Mini Band, from Quadruped
7. Mini Band "I" Press: Balance on One Foot, Band around Forearms
8. Low Tap: from Step, tap Floor, stay low
9. Plate Push


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
