Circuit Class 2/5/18
This is the workout for the Texas Forest Service and TEEX that was performed on 2/5/18 at the Head Quarters location.Warm Up (10 minutes)
Run around the room 4X : Drill Across & Backdrills: lateral alternating toe touch, spiderman, lateral lunge, quad stretch
Circuit
8 - 10 min AMRAP at each set (As Many Rounds As Possible) : 15 reps at each exercise1. Chest Press - alternating on stability ball
Shoulder Press - kneel, single dumbbell
Dips (skull crusher option)
Raise & Close
2. Chest Press - at smith or with small bar
Tricep Press Down
Incline Chest Press - machine, single (30/30)
Landmine Press - 30/30
3. Chest Fly - alternating on stability ball
Palloff Press - on balance trainer
Push Ups (close grip chest press option)
Dolphin
4. Core set - All done together
Dead Bug
Windshield Wiper
Roll Up
Hover w/ Hip Dip
Cool Down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program.
