Circuit Class 2/5/18

This is the workout for AgriLife that was performed on 2/5/18 at the Campus location.

Warm Up (Prior to class time)

     Dynamic Stretching: alternating toe touches, lateral lunges, quad stretches, spiderman

Circuit 

1 min at each station ~ 25-30 sec rest
  1. Brazil Lunge - disk, 30/30
  2. Alternating Dumbbell Clean & Press
  3. Push Ups
  4. Step Ups
  5. Burpees
  6. Ball Slams
  7. Dips
  8. Single Leg Stand
  9. Stir the Pot - on stability ball
10. Pull Over


After completing every exercise in the circuit participants perform one round of "Flower" by Moby; their choice of squats or reverse crunches. Then Participants return to the circuit and can choose which exercises they would like to do for the remainder of the time. Usually 2+ additional stations at 1 min work with 25-30 sec rest

Cool Down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)


This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
