This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 11/26/24.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
12 of each exercise - repeat while reviewing exercises in the circuit.
- Quad Stretch Extensions
- Dynamic Lateral Lunge
- Scoop
Circuit
For each exercise: 20 sec work | 10 sec rest | 8 times
1. Forearm Plank Tuck: Suspension
2. Glute Bridge Adduct Ball: 6lb Medicine Ball
3. Landmine Press
4. Stability Ball Passover
5. Spicy Squat: tap the bench, come halfway up
6. Burpee
7. Step Ups
9. Reverse Crunch
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
