This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 12/17/24
Warm Up (5-10 Minutes)
12 of each exercise - repeat while reviewing exercises in the circuit.

Circuit
Perform circuit exactly like the song The Twelve Days of Christmas.
On the First Day of Christmas my Trainer made me do; 1 Santa Man Maker (a Man Maker, but for Santa).
On the Second Day of Christmas my Trainer made me do; 2 Get Ups (each side, so I am ready to get up early Christmas morning), and 1 Santa Man Maker.
On the Third Day of Christmas my Trainer made me do; 3 Saws (to saw down your Christmas Tree), 2 Get Ups, and 1 Santa Man Maker.
Continue through the entire song using the exercises listed. Enjoy!

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program.
