This is the workout for TEEX that was performed on 11/22/17 at the Head Quarters location.

Warm Up (Tabata)

    Jacks, Pop Squat, Jabs, Burpees - rotating tabata set

Circuit 

Alternate between the 2 exercise at each station. 4 - 20 second rounds will be done for each exercise.
Tabata = 20 sec of work : 10 sec of rest X 8
  1. Alternating Dumbbell Clean & Press ~ Wall Ball Clean & Squat
  2. Ball toss up ~ Slams
  3. Sissy Squat on Balance Trainer ~ Mountain Climbers on disks
  4. Oblique Curls ~ Plank Skier
  5. Weighted Box Pull ~ Heavy Bike seated
  6. Roll Up ~ Hover with knee tuck
  7. Sumo Squat with Upright Row ~ Squat to Press
  8. Skaters ~ Straddle with Step or Hop up
  9. Inverted Row ~ Swimmer

Cool Down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)


This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program.
